Hailing from San Francisco, Ca, TroyLLF (or Troy) came up in the Fillmore district with a passion to one day share his lyrical art with the world. As a member of the collective “Legends Live Forever”, formed in 2006, the group released several mixtapes and over time have been able to develop a brand. In 2013, the group set out to work on individual projects. Born Michael Huerta to a Mexican father and Puerto Rican mother, Theory grew up listening to everything from The Beatles and Led Zeppelin to Tito Puente and Grammy winning meringue singer Elvis Crespo—He got into hip hop via his cousin, who listened regularly to L.A.’s Power 106, As well as going to Underground Hip Hop Shows.
Just as his exposure to so many types of music adds diversity to Theory’s rhymes, melodies and beats, his rich array of life experiences have given Theory a unique way of looking at his ups and downs as an independent performing and recording artist. “You run into a lot of dead ends, with people promising you and not delivering,” he says. “But the way I see it, those things were just me paying my dues. It was all a learning experience. I don’t look at those as setbacks. I just live life and whatever life throws my way I just find a way to take care of it and keep moving. I know it’s cliché, but hey, the best things in life are the ones you have to work hard for.”
An American female rapper of Cambodian and Laotian descent from Stockton, California. She began her music pursuit at age 11, writing poems, which progressed into song writing. In 2012, she released two mixtapes, “My Time” and “Love, Breakups, & Bullshyt”. She than took to remixing popular songs where she adds her own spin posting them online. In 2015, she released a 3-track EP titled “Drip”, followed by 13-track mixtape titled “Wet Summer”. In 2016, she released a 13-track mixtape titled, Dream Chasing. On February 1, 2017, she released the first single “BUOM”, along with a music video, from an upcoming project with a release date in May.
She has performed countless shows and been on six nationwide tours. With her energy, along with upbeat and catchy tracks, she’s been rocking the crowd, getting them hyped, and having them sing along with her lyrics. With a style all of her own, she incorporates Hip Hop, R&B, Club music that will take you on a journey of different moods and vibes. When asked why she makes music, she replied, “Music is my escape. Whatever mood I’m in, the songs that I write reflects on how I feel at that very moment. It’s my way of letting my feelings and emotions out. It’s where I feel completely vulnerable and free.”

Deciding to take a shot at Rap Music in 2005 after the passing of his Grandmother, Lyrical Tone created the music group Legends Live Forever consisting of 3 Rappers and 1 Singer. In 2013 Lyrical Tone decided to challenge himself more as an artist and dropped his first ever solo project entitled “Live Forever Vol. 1” which also features 1st ever production from Lyrical Tone. “Some are destined to succeed and some are determined to succeed”. Lyrical Tone believes just that, and has since released “Live Forever Vol. 2” and “Live Forever Vol. 3” released 2014 dedicated to the memory of his Grandfather. Lyrical Tone has since produced music for various artist on the west coast as well as featured on 106 Kmel’s “Hometurf”, as well as released his album “Something Greater” available on all major outlets. The goal is to not live forever but to create something that will.”
